Adidas has signed up David Beckham to launch its newest climacool Revolution running shoe this week. The new shoes promise the coolest run yet, thanks to a “360 degree ventilation running experience”, that allows ventilation from the sides of the shoe, as well as from above, as in current climacool footwear.
New ventilation channels across the outsole and the use of climacool® material on the upper of the shoe help sweat to evaporate. In addition, the COOLEVER lining, a special clover-shaped yarn, keeps the foot cool, dry and comfortable during the run. The achieved performance benefit of 360° ventilation reduces thermal stress and discomfort during workouts and results in increased running performance.
The shoes also feature an EVA injected midsole that provides lasting lightweight cushioning with an adiPRENE insert at the heel offers superior comfort.
The shoes are available now at all good sports retailers for around £85.
